Happy Birthday Opu!

Happy Birthday Opu! and May God bless you always...

Every November we have three birthdays to celebrate. Geosyl on the 12th. Geosyl's mom a.k.a. aunt Irene on the 14th and my grandpa a.k.a. Opu on the 26th. We were supposed to celebrate Opu's birthday on the 26th but he didn't came down from his kebun. So we had a discussion instead. Discussion on Advent's preparation. MoM brought fried-mee and anchovies. Sapu bersih bah! licin! :)

The makan-makan was done on the 28th. All turned up and they had 'In between' session after that. MoM kalah but DaD menang ;)

Accident

Somebody knocked Otiting's car on the day Geosyl celebrates her birthday. No wonder they came late. They said, the accident happened near Lido.

"Look at this"

I'm sure they will fork a few hundreds to repair this!

Christmas Caroling

I don't know who pop out the idea, all of a sudden we were asked to sing Christmas Carols. Afterwards, MoM told me we will have our own family Christmas Caroling this year. We will visit all our relatives' houses and sing carols. I am so excited about this.

Pictures below were our first trial singing carols.

The First Voice @ The Soprano (?)

The Third Voice - Tenor (?)

The Fourth Voice - Bass (?)

Wait a minute! Where's the second voice a.k.a. Alto voice? She was busy taking pictures, that's why - that would be my MoM ;)

As at today, we had a few practices already. Our practice place is at 'Poring'. Most probably, our first outing will be on the first week of December. Whose house we will visit first? We will find out soon, I hope.

(?) - not sure whether I'm correct ;)

Mama Myron's Birthday

To all my loyal readers ;) Sorry for the slow updates of my blog. Actually I have so many to blog but the 'lazy syndrome' hit me LoL.

This event taken at Kampung Ramayah (Myron, my cousin's house) last October. It was Myron's mom a.k.a my DaD's sister a.k.a. my aunt's birthday ;) . It was raining heavily and we nearly didn't make it. But somehow or rather, we were there :)

The Birthday cake, very the yummy!

The cutting cake ceremony ;)
Did we sing a birthday song? We definitely did - a few times

Came the surprised and the best part
We should be the one giving presents but instead, we received ang pows!

Yeah! our ang pows! Thank you so much aunty
and
a Very Happy Birthday to you!

Year 6 Graduation Day

Year 6 students took a group photo with their class teacher, Mdm Rosa Martin. I shall miss them! Next year will be my turn ;)

With friends during refreshment break

Tears of joy. My cousin Eva Jane was in tears. She received the 2008 Best Student award. I am so proud of her. She also scored 5A in the UPSR. The result came out the day after their graduation.

Erm...I didn't get any award LoL but we won a lucky draw!

30th Anniversary Ordination of Fr. Thomas Makajil

There were 30 students, all from St Theresa School Inobong, selected for the procession during the Mass and I was one of them. 30 to symbolize the 30th anniversary. It was a great feeling! I also joined the offertory and gave ang pow to Fr. Thomas ;)

After the Mass, all 30 of us were lined up from the Church to the ICCC Hall with candles lit. It was a nice view but MoM's camera couldn't capture it in darkness. Please check my MoM's blog to see more pictures.

Happy Anniversary to Rev. Fr. Thomas Makajil

Chinese Doctor

DaD was not feeling well last Sunday (All Souls Day). After Mass that day, we went to town. I thought DaD was going to see a Doctor - a normal Doctor. Instead, he went to see a Chinese 'Doctor'. This was my very first time to see a Chinese 'Doctor'! They got a name for such a doctor but I forgot :p

The 'clinic' - Kong Yaw Yin

You must take a number for your turn

My DaD's number was 27!!

I can't resist. I must see this 'Doctor', how he looks like :) That was why, I followed DaD to the room and listened to what the 'Doctor' has to say to DaD - He only had a cold bah! and he was given panadol hehe

Now I remember, they called this clinic or the doctor as 'Sinsang' hehe

All Souls' Day

Sunday was All Souls Day. We visited the old and new graveyards. Rev. Fr. Alex Sipanul was there giving blessings.

The flowers which were arranged by my MoM. DaD helped with the green leaves.

First, we visited Tua Telipok's grave

Then, to the grave of my DaD's moing (grandma)

We moved on to the upper hill where laid my grand-parents (DaD's side). It was a hot day, hence the colourful umbrella ;)

Next was to my Uncle Vivian's grave

We proceeded to the old graveyard. Tony is my DaD's older brother who died at the age of 11

We had lunch after that at 'Poring'

New Survey Departmental Store, Putatan

It was Saturday and it was raining. MoM promised to bring us to Survey Putatan. Shine or rain, a promise is a promise ;)

In a happy mood. Even though it's only Survey, I was still excited about it.

We were at the 3rd floor. It was a long queue at the counter so while waiting, took picture with my hero :D

Big Bro was looking for a pen for his drawing-hobby, when big sista and I intruded him. He is a comic-geek u know! LoL

Tired and hungry. We stopped by at Southern Cafe which is located at 1st Floor for brunch. I had a toast and half-boiled eggs (In that yellow container)
