Termites?

One morning, I was ready for school, when I saw this at the ground floor of our house. I don't exactly know the name of this but my MoM says in Kadazan language, it is called 'tanai'. So I make my own assumption, it could be related to Termites. To me, it's just an ordinary insects.

But, what amazed me was, to see this. How is it possible the insects could form/group such a way like the picture above?

Strange, isn't it? It's weird and at the same time, it's creepy. Mom asked us to sweep them away but it wasn't an easy task ;) We used a dust-pan and sweep them slowly.

Have you visited my Big Bro's blog? Yes. He posted one of Xander's pictures. But to me, from all the pictures taken by MoM, this is the one I like best. He is so cute with the red cap and he looked fresh!

New Home

Last Friday, soon after class, my DaD brought us to see my cousins newly built home. I like their new house. It is very spacious with four bedrooms and an attic.

The back of the house

Big sista, cousin Anthonia, big bro & cousin Joel
we took this picture in cousin Elter's room (he wasn't home that day)

Busted

Last Friday, MoM fetched me at school. She waited at our canteen. While waiting, she caught Philip a.k.a. Tongkili red handed 'stealing' rambutans (a local fruit). The owner of this rambutans, Payami, was with my MoM at that time, smiling ;)

'Gothca!'

'Hey! you! I caught you in my camera, stealing rambutans!'

'I only take a few maa...'

Good News

Remember my last posting on 'Sogiton'? Well, actually the doctor had said something else about me beside having colds. She said that I had a 'heart condition'. This really shocked my family. Especially me of course. The doctor advised me not to play badminton and all kind of active sports. It saddened me. The doctor referred me to Sabah Medical Centre for expert check up.

Last Thursday, my parents took leave and brought me to see an expert pediatrician. I was so nervous. Luckily the doctor was so friendly and helpful. His name is Dr. Muhammad Izzuddin Poo. He then made a thorough check-up on me. He said, I'm ok. There's nothing wrong with me. He ruled out the 'heart condition'. That's all I want to hear. Yes! I can play badminton again! Thank you Lord for listening my prayer. Amen.

Tanjung Aru Beach

Last Wednesday, Oct 1st, we went to Tanjung Aru Beach for some chicken wings. The food court is very popular amongst the locals and also tourists.

Look at the delicious chicken wings! We finished them all and kept on ordering. We had so much and we took home the left-overs.

My drinks - Leong Fun with milk

Big sista had fried rice with egg

At the beach. The pic is not so clear. Taken by big sista

I told MoM, I want to go there again. Next time I will take pictures of the sunsets. And probably I might take a dip, if MoM allows.

New Shoes & Sandals

I have a new badminton racquet but I don't have a proper shoes to play badminton. My DaD said I have to buy a new one. Yes!!

One weekend, off we went to a shopping complex and hunt for my sports shoes. Well, it wasn't easy. It was quite tiring actually. I found something I like but they don't have sizes for me. They have the size but I don't like the shoes.

My MoM came to the rescue. She found a nice pair. But when I tried it on, it doesn't fit. My MoM asked the salesgirl whether there is a bigger size available. The lazy-looking-salesgirl replied, they don't have. Being my MoM, she isn't satisfied with the answer. She approached the owner of the shop and asked for a bigger size. The owner searched the code in his PC and there is one bigger size, the last pair! Morale of the story, don't trust any salesgirls!

While waiting for the salesgirl to bring the shoes, I sat on a bench and purposedly showing off my sandal (just like the picture above). My DaD immediately spotted on my worn out sandals. He said, I should buy new sandals too. Yes!

Another morale of the day, you must know when to take good opportunity LoL. Thank you MoM and DaD. I love you both!

Puppies

I apologize for not updating my blog. So many things happened but I just don't have the time to blog. Lame excuse, I know. But let's just take it easy. I'll post one by one the events to make my blog merrier LoL.

Last weekend, I went to my grand-ma's house. Then I came to know, her dog gave birth four little puppies. All are male. How could you grand-ma for not informing me earlier that you have new puppies :(
I told grand-ma that I want this one! Look at its face. He looks like a fox :D I'll definitely take this one and will name him - Foxy. Grand-ma told me that I can only take him back when the puppy be able to eat by himself. Sigh. But I'll wait.
